Hi Ed I tried your patch (in a fit on random email selection), and yes, the case you have on that link may be better. I note that the meter goes to -60dB, not -57. I do not understand 'the more narrow meter is also proportionately shorter'. This looks like a 'feature request' rather than a 'bug fix' as so perhaps that is why you got no feedback. Also, is this the best place to control the size of the meters? In non-meter-specific code? I don't know.
