[Audacity-devel] 2.0 regression?

Hi there

I see a lot of work on the code and the manual since I proposed a 1st 
Dec release date, which is excellent!  Thanks to all contributors!  I 
think we are on track!  If it is a Beta for Vista and 7 then so be it. 
  We still have 2 weeks to go so how long until a code-freeze?

I still see a P2 noted as a Regression (which is bad) but we have (to 
my knowledge) no repeatable cases.  Is this still an issue? There has 
been much discussion on this topic but no repeatable cases presented 
(or those that have been presented have been fixed).

Please to feel free to post examples of this problem, including what 
tool you were using at the time.

I know there are errors in Envelope but I don't believe they are the 
cause, feel free to prove me wrong!  For example Envelope::GetValueAtX 
does not take into account mOffset.  Coders please take a look at that.

If we can't get a firm hold on the problem, and it is really is a "now 
won't do so, also several similar anecdotal reports" then I propose we 
reduce it to a 'watching brief'.
