I took the easy way out for now by making the Linux system.lsp the 
default one in audacity/nyquist.  It will work for Linux and OSX.

Then I pointed the Windows project to the Windows version of system.lsp 
in audacity/lib-src/libnyquist/nyquist/sys/win/msvc.

This should work just fine, but we may have to readdress in the future.

BTW:  Have you given the "Nyquist Effect Workbench" a try instead of the 
Nyquist prompt?  You're able to use it for generate type of effects, so 
Audacity selection doesn't play a role (unless you want it to).
