1.3.7 is out now, but there is no reason (as far as I'm concerned)
why Buanzo can't commit the updated nb.po you attached. It will 
be of use to people who download our nightly builds of Audacity.

There will be a lot of string changes for 1.3.8 because we have to 
completely rework Preferences as a result of their getting too wide 
and flowing off the screen in some languages (French, for example).
So we will probably have a hard coded size limit for the Preferences
window, and more Preferences tabs with less content. If content
overflows, there will probably be a vertical scrollbar. 

So if everyone could keep this in mind, and not let Preferences 
translations get too long (for example, leave out definite articles or
don't repeat a word implied by another part of the same tab) this
would help avoid the scrollbars appearing as much as possible.
