[Audacity-devel] Suggested web page amendment for 1.2.6 Windows download page

We're getting 10 - 15 Help list enquiries a week on whether Audacity supports
Vista, so obviously we aren't getting the message across. Although of course 
Vista support is clearly stated if you scroll down to System Requirements, I   
think we ought to amend 
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows

so that "Audacity 1.2.6 installer" reads "Audacity 1.2.6 installer (Windows 98, 
ME, 2000, XP and Vista)" which I suppose also means putting this against the 
zip file entry. It is not a problem with the Beta download page because we 
mention OS support specifically according to if it is the ANSI or Unicode version.
