[Audacity-devel] Cannot dismiss the "only works in waveform view" dialogue because draw tool can't click the OK button

Another bug I showed up up whilst trying to clean up and split an LP
recording.

With CVS HEAD from 2006/12/28:
* Create a track with audio in it
* switch track display to Waveform (dB)
* select the draw tool
* attempt to draw on the waveform.

A dialogue box will appear telling you that draw only works in Waveform
mode (fair enough, although I would like dB as well). This is modal and
has an OK button. However you can't click on the OK button using the
draw tool (it never changes to a normal pointer over the dialogue), nor
can you change tool back to something else (because the dialogue box is
modal). The only way out I've found is to use ALT-TAB to get focus on
the dialogue, and then hit Enter to OK it and get back to audacity,
where upon all is normal again.
