If someone can test that cmt plugin I built, then I'll know whether or not the cross-compiler will be worth pursuing. I did try to install msys under Wine and didn't manage to get it running. > If there are specific LADSPA plugins you think are important, let me > know & I can build them. Um, as many as humanly possible? This is entirely up to you. I'll put whatever you come up with on there. In the long run, it might be nice to move to a plugin finder service, so just keeping in mind that eventually it'll be good to have all available open source plugins that Audacity can use built and ready for distribution. > Turned out to work fine -- no need to list each one as previously done. > I'll email that to you separately. I'm doing fine for his deadline, so far, considering he hasn't given one yet. :) I've met the technical requirements of the CD so far, it has all the documentation available (some updating still needed), the binaries, all the plugins I could get my hot little hands on. I still need to create the file that lists the licenses for all available the software included on the disc and the manuals. I already emailed Roger Dannenburg (?) about the Nyquist manual, since there wasn't an obvious license included in it, and got his positive response. So, other than collecting the license information into one place for the user to easily determine what his legal obligations are in regard to the software on the disc, I'm about ready to throw in for testing. Then I've gotta assemble the artwork and stuff that'll grace the CD and jewel case and so forth. :) I need to put it back down for a few days, but I'm close enough that MV can place his order at any time and I should be able to finish it before the check clears. ;) > Watch out now, you don't know what a horrible nag I can become! :) Dave > -Vaughan > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO > September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices > Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA > Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf > _______________________________________________ > Audacity-devel mailing list > Aud...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/audacity-devel |
