[Audacity-devel] Dither bugfix

The audacity project appears to be using my dither code:

though I note it doesnt have my name on it anymore...

Anyway, there are several bugs in that version, its quite old, I suggest
you resync with the current version at http://plugin.org.uk/libgdither/

That code is GPL'd but I'm happy to release it for the audacity project,
I would prefer that my name remain on it though, for many reasons.
