[Audacity-devel] Refactoring of TrackPanel now in CVS

I've started incrementally refactoring TrackPanel.
Changes are in CVS.  No change whatsoever
in functionality (I hope!).

So far have extracted a LabelPanel (which has the
widgets to the left of the track) out of TrackPanel 
and have extracted an 'AdornedRulerPanel' 
(which has the select mark and play-triangle on it)
out of track panel.
