[Audacity-devel] 1.0.1 for Debian

Debian needs a new release, so I am working on making the latest 1.0 CVS
releasable.  I was thinking of uploading 1.1.3 instead since it would be
going into Debian unstable anyway, but I thought it would be better to
wait until we can open old project files.

I believe I have it ready to release now, anything else anyone wants to
go in?  I am planning to call it 1.0.1.
