[Audacity-devel] feature suggestions

Hi,

I have tried Audacity 1.0.0. I have 2 suggestions:

The first feature, is the ability to slowdown playback. It would enable 
me to more easily fixate on the position of glitches.
The second feature, is the ability to specify where playback starts and 
ends.
