I mean, stupid or famous names simply are a Boring Thing. If I meet a character named pqwqpwq, I will simply ignore him thinking "this is either a newbie checking Arianne out, or a really uncreative (is there such a word?) person, and roleplaying with uncreatives is boring. And who wants to run around named "Gandalf124"? I think it should be done using a popup window entitled like "Dos and Do-nots for Good Gameplay" every time a player might do such a thing which spoils the fun. For example at character generation when you input the name there is a window saying 'Please do not name youself "Frodo', because that would be boring. And do not name youself 'Gnarf with the the 20inch dick' because some players would be offended, and 'qwertz' is not a good name either." And the first time one uses the chat window, it sais "Here you can talk with other players. You could ask them about quests and their solutions, but please do not, that will spoil the fun!" I addition I think there should be exact rules for Gamemasters/Sysops/Gods. What cases can be punished. How they get punished.
