Summary: Integrate a scripting language for QM and AI

Initial Comment:
We need to integrate a scripting language that can be 
used by the AIManager to select patterns and execute 
them and for the QuestManager to execute IF THEN 
statements and execute the quest scripts afterwards.

Alternatively we can write our own, which could be more 
tailored to our needs and would probably be smaller, but 
with less features.
