Summary: minor bugs in Makefiles

Initial Comment:
fixes a tiny bug in Makefiles if you want to install
the game not on root filesystem (e.g. for
distribution). Also two other tiny bugs are fixed:
libarianne_5.la does not contain RPSystemAPI
RPManager.h includes "DLL/Dll.h" not "Dll/Dll.h" (this
is only a problem on Linux :-))
