Category: Code Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Martin Fuchs (martinfuchs) Summary: Parser error: piece of chicken - NPCs confused Initial Comment: while doing a daily monster quest my char got the dreaded "piece of chicken " to kill, do i need a knife and fork to take this creature out? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Kimmo Rundelin (kiheru) Date: 2013-04-19 15:28 Message: The issue is that the full form of chicken is "piece of chicken", but we have both a chicken item and a chicken creature. Grammar.plural() calls automatically fullForm(). Maybe we should have a version that does not do that and use that for Crearid and Semos mayor. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: bluelads (bluelads99) Date: 2013-04-19 02:49 Message: Hello, this bug/parser bug also appears with other NPCs like Crearid who asks about how many "pieces of chicken" you have killed so far. The other entry can be found at: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3611313&group_id=1111&atid=101111 bugs ID:3611313 and is marked as a duplicate from this tracker entry here. Greetings Bluelads4 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: bluelads (bluelads99) Date: 2012-06-02 15:01 Message: I will assign this entry to martinfuchs, tried to figure out what's going on wrong here, but couldn't find any solution. Does it have to do with the wordlist entry about chicken being recognized as subject and object? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=101111&aid=3443478&group_id=1111 |
