    nope. requires rewriting the 3d renderer entirely. can't be fixed on its own. how often does an emulator get a completely rewritten 3d renderer for the purpose of accuracy?

    fceux on osx is a deficient experience. it may support lua from the command line, but your are following documentation for the windows version, and nothing is going to match up. its also possible whoever made your build did not include lua support.
