Dear all, This is a feature request. We experienced the use case: Support agent role in standard portal UI missing create button. It will be nice that this role is able to create this way ticket in the state new. If i can from my point of view: For me it is not question about functionality, guess both db engines will do the same work, but about customer environment (db backup routines etc). Possibility use for iTop also PostgreSQL gives iTop flexibility adopt better in customer environment. In my country is not used mysql/mariadb often for bussines. TIA
