I have the same problems. So I imagine that erasing all the contacts in Outlook , and I launch the synchronisation to rebuild the directory from the Google contacts. It did it with stopping at some quite hundred of errors (the type of email was set to "professional" instead of "travail") I correct these errors, and after 5 essays, it completed the directory in outlook. The version v4.1.10 was a good improvement, as is doen't deleted 10% of my contacts, as have done the v4.1.09. As you say, the version v4.1.10 has this low problem You are on the good way to find the good solution ! I have the same problem: it proposes to delete a lot of contacts on two outlooks, and I saw that on the google side that some are in double. So I uninstalled and I wait for a new update.
