I re-downloaded the latest version of scidvspc 4.27 for Windows 11 and still don't see that file " /tcl/utils/win.tcl"; the win.tcl file simply doesn't exist. I checked several .tcl files but couldn't find those lines. I also entered the commands from your message above. I don't understand what's wrong, other than the missing file.
