TightVNC Viewer has limited and inconsistent Windows Size

You can expect Norton to block any downloaded program until Norton has time to build a reputation for that program. Every release of KeePass is treated as a new program, without a reputation. You might going to the downloaded program's Properties and check the box to Unblock. This procedure allows me to install the program. I use Norton 360 on the latest release of Windows 10 Professional x64.

I restored "C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe 2" from my old machine image backup to a new directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe 2 - Copy" and started keypass.exe from there, and it worked.

I'm running Win 10 Pro x64 r1809. I did a clean install and have been reinstalling my software. KeePass 2.40 was the first software I installed on Friday.
