#1614 TightVNC Viewer has limited and inconsistent Windows Size

I use TightVNC Viewer under Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2 as a console into two Macintoshes. My monitors are 1080x1920, My MacBookPro (MBP1278 MacOS 10.13.06) has a 1280x800 LCD. The TightVNC windows is also 1280x800. My MacPro (A1481 MacOS 13.2) is headless without any attached monitor. The TightVNC window is only 1024x768.

• How can I get TightVNC to use a 1080x1920 window for both Macintoshes?
• Why is the MacPro limited to a limited 1024x768 viewer window?
  I would like an added feature to allow the viewer to set the size of the window.
