I can't upload the new release via HTTPS. Tried several times throughout the past week. HTTPS through the web page is my preferred choice. Please advise.

Upload problem

It was 498 MB. The form accepted uploading the file, but after the upload was finished it did not show the file and the form did not respond. Instead, it showed the screenshot I attached earlier.

Upload via SF website fails
