It was 498 MB. The form accepted uploading the file, but after the upload was finished it did not show the file and the form did not respond. Instead, it showed the screenshot I attached earlier.

The actual file size limit on our upload form is 476.8MB, not 500MB as it used to say. This is because computers measure file sizes a bit differently, what looks like 500MB on your computer can actually be a little bigger in the system’s terms.
Your 498MB file was just over that real limit, so the upload didn’t go through. We’ve updated the form text to show the correct limit now.
With this info and the form updated, we’ll go ahead and close this ticket.

Are trying to upload half a Gigabyte?
A Gigabyte is 1024 MB, and half a Gigabyte would end up being more than 500 MB.
Please take a look at our documentation to use a different file upload method.
