Screenshot attached. Please note that the file size does not exceed the 0.5 GB limit. It's actually 444 MB.

This could be a timeout problem. If the problems persist, please try using a different network connection or uploading via SFTP or Rsync.

https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/documentation/rsync/
Those options will definitely work better for uploads that may take longer to complete.
