I have written a small patch based upon revision r4064 of today.

Please find a patch for this feature attached.

Essentially, it moves the definition of the filename into OConsts.java and then ensures during creation of a project that the translation memory folder "auto" is always created.

If that folder is removed later on, it is not automatically re-created.

Didier: can you consider this one for inclusion?
