the defender in the colony isn't the strongest

v 0.10.5
when there is a atilery and a solider or dragoon in a colony (all fortified) and a native atacs, the solider or the dragoon defends the attacing unit.
but the atilery should be much stronger (5 + 50% vilage + 50%fortified + 100% atilery against native atack ~ 15) vs. the solider or dragoon (2 or 3 +50% vilage +50% fortified ~ 4 or 6)
its a little bit anoying because the natives get horses and muskets.
