About vFound Visitors
vFound Visitors is a browser-based visitor management system for staffed offices, coworking spaces, campuses, schools, factories and warehouses. It supports advance invitations with QR passes, self-registration from a visitor’s phone or a paired lobby tablet, and configurable visitor types with questions, terms, approvals and retention rules. Hosts can receive email notifications and reply through private links. Reception staff can see who is on site, manage sign-ins and sign-outs, print visitor badges and run a live roll call during an evacuation. Staff can record a visual check of a physical photo ID, but the service does not scan or store ID images or numbers. It supports visitor activity analytics and does not automatically verify identities, recognize faces or run watchlists. Visitors, hosts and staff use it in a web browser without installing an app. Visitors can be purchased separately and share a workspace with other selected vFound products.
