About frontkiosk
frontkiosk is a browser-based visitor management system for reception desks. Staff open a private kiosk link on a tablet or laptop, and visitors can sign in without creating an account. Hosts receive an email when a guest arrives, while staff can review who is still on site and print an evacuation list. The system supports visitor badges with QR-code sign-out, NDAs, visitor photos, CSV export, webhook alerts, and multiple locations. It is designed for small offices, clinics, schools, and warehouses that need a digital visitor log and a way to notify hosts. Monthly plans are billed per location, and lifetime plans are also available. Pro includes SSO and REST API access.
