About tasteck
Most venues pay for advertising every month without ever knowing which channel actually paid off. They count how many people walked in. They do not count how much those people went on to spend.
tasteck was built by operators, not by a software company. We spent 16 years running venues in this industry ourselves. We are out of it now. In those years we grew from 200 million to 1.2 billion yen a year, and that growth did not come from selling harder. It came from tracking each channel by how much the guests it brought actually spent, and then cutting the channels that did not pay for themselves.
tasteck is that system, turned into a product. Its core is customer and channel analysis: lifetime value by acquisition source, and repeat and churn behaviour. Tag your bookings with the channel that brought the guest, and tasteck will also show the maximum monthly budget that channel currently justifies.
