    "isolved is my hero!"

    Pros: isolved is very user friendly! They are constantly working to bring in new features and updates for features that are already in use. We have been able to go completely paperless using isolved. We have cut our payroll processing time in half. HR onboarding is now effortless because of isolved. The cost is less than most other big HR/Payroll companies.

    Cons: Sometimes, it takes a little longer for a customer service agent to help you with a problem.

    Overall: We love isolved and would not dream of changing. Our company is hoping to add Live and Learn soon so that our employees are able to easily take training classes.

    Pros: I enjoy the ease of having everything in one centralized place, from payroll to performance management, timekeeping to reports, it's essentially a "one stop shop" for everything I need to perform the daily functions of my job.

    Cons: Some of the features aren't as user-friendly as others. The price point is a bit steep as well in comparison to other platforms I've looked into.

    Overall: Overall, it's a good system. It's fairly easy to use once you have a basic understanding of how to navigate through all of the different features. The response time for customer inquiries is pretty quick, and the CSR's truly are some of the best.

    "Perfect for a Small City"

    Pros: iSolved checks all the boxes for a small organization looking for an affordable an accessible HRIS. The user interface is is easy to understand and work with. Behind the interface is a suite of robust functions that meet most of the needs of organizations looking for a mid-market level of system.

    Some of the best functions include the highly customizable payroll processing features, powerful reporting features, and integrated digital personnel file functions.

    Cons: iSolved provides a complete set of functions at its basic HRIS legacy level. Unfortunately, many if not all of the newer functions like workplace engagement tools, Learning Management, and workforce scheduling are all paid add-ons. While the basics will be more than enough for most small organizations the real power of the system will cost much more

    Overall: We have been using iSolved for over 7 years. In that time both the usability, functionality, and accessibility to the system has only gotten better. At least a few times each year we uncover new functions or ways to use the software to satisfy needs we didn't know it had the capacity to meet.

    Customer support is great, very responsive, and knowledgable. The only downside we have experienced is that the features in the legacy core HRIS are no longer updated or improved much as iSolved adds other new paid modules to meet some of the basic needs. That said we still are not fully leveraging all the tools that are in the system yet.

    I would recommend iSolved to any small to mid-market organizations in the private or public sectors.

    Pros: The product is highly dynamic and customizable. Our team and I have utilized it to deliver payroll and HCM-related services to our clients. I particularly appreciate its GL functions and the capability to automatically transmit data to QBO software.

    Cons: However, there have been product updates that resulted in disruptions and issues with the software. Additionally, the product is not very user-friendly for general users.

    Overall: Overall, I like it and would recommend it to other users. The product is not perfect; it has its flaws and complexity, but it gets the job done.

    Pros: Far more HR and timekeeping functionality than our previous software, and much easier for clients to use.

    Cons: Sometimes the very frequent updates create small issues and glitches.

    Pros: We like that for the most part it is user friendly and allows the client to be independent. The overall solution to common questions can be answered with the features.

    Cons: I am the tax manager for our company. I feel that the Isolved tax service needs to be updated and more features need to be made available to ASO users. They are promoting an Isolved Tax Service that Isolved handles but that will not work for our company. The tax service while it is user friendly in some cases there are other features that can be better. For example: POA packages should be able to show more than one contact. Service bureau reports are lacking, and we are waiting for the system report builder to be up and running.

    Overall: I believe Isolved has an excellent message/goal on what they are trying to achieve in HR management. There are a lot of different options available to be successful with the human capital management system.

    Pros: The ease of use of the system. It is very user-friendly. The features that are currently in the system are nice and looking forward to all new time items that are yet to come.

    Cons: Some of the releases of new items or updates to the system do not always go smoothly and have caused major issues with our clients not being able to access the system or certain parts of the system. It also seems like if there is something that has an issue on a release it is usually the Time system that takes the hit.

    Overall: Of the few time systems I have worked with, iSolved Time is by far the easiest in terms of programming. I also feel the level of support and the response we receive is very good.

    Pros: I like the access to so many features and the capability to build each of our clients in their own unique way that meets their needs as a company.

    Cons: I don't like the MFA. I realize its importance but it has caused me stressful morning just trying to log in. It kicks me out 5 times before I can even clock in.

    Overall: isolved as a whole is a very established company and has a lot to offer but with every internet based company there are always things that are updating and that's okay.

    "iSolved helps you keep your payroll compliant"

    Pros: The customer support is excellent. You can get an answer quickly when needed. Also, iSolved handles tax data very well. We have not had any issues with our tax filings. And if you receive a notice they research and let you know if it is or is not related to payroll. Then you know how to handle the communications. Now on the phone line they have an option for tax help and they are very good! Thanks for always adding more to help us.

    Cons: Currently, iSolved can't process foreign payrolls, but they can help with bringing their data into the HR side. I'm hoping soon we can have the international payrolls as an option.

    Overall: Excellent experience. I love working with iSolved. They are big enough to help you keep your payroll and HR running smoothly and still small enough to give you great customer support!

    "Great reports"

    Pros: I like the reports offered by isolved. They have a variety of supporting reports that especially help when we are going through an audit, which occurs 3 times a year and include 401k, quality, worker's comp.

    Cons: I have a difficult time finding someone to help me with specific issues and to get them to resolve them accurately and quickly.
    I also think isolved nickels and dimes us, such as charging a $5.00 fee when a direct deposit is incorrect.
    I think it's ridiculous that when we don't have any changes during our benefits enrollment that we are charged a hefty amount. We don't need any changes whatsoever yet are charged a large fee.

    Overall: Overall, I like the reporting and the ease of adding/terminating employees. I dislike the fees and charges.

    Pros: I have been using Isolved for about 3 years now. Isolved is extremely user friendly. The software is constantly being updated to make it easier for those using it, and I appreciate that they care for the companies that are using their software. Two pros would definitely have to be Time management and Employee experience. Both have improved greatly using Isloved.

    Cons: One con that I would have to say about using Isolved is the response time when it comes to Customer Service. Sometimes I am able to get a quick response and other times it takes awhile for me to get a response which can put a halt in dome of our day to day tasks.

    Overall: Overall I am please with Isolved. They care about their customers and listen to our input. Isloved is a good reason I am now in Human Resources. They have a lot of good information as well as training classes within their university to help their customers grow and flourish in their field.

    Pros: I like the fact that there are so many options for clients to incorporate different aspects of Human Capital Management into their payroll. Clients can use as much or as little for their company's needs.

    Cons: I am not impressed with the way updates/upgrades in isolved are made. There are many issues that could be fixed before they release the updates to the users. More testing needs to be done before releases become live.
    I also think there are pages that could be combined to keep the flow of the process more smooth. It can be complicated to learn the many aspects of setting up and maintaining the different modules.

    Overall: Overall, I think isolved is a good product. It just needs more attention to the testing of new releases.

    Pros: Plenty of options to search menu, user friendly, and innovative! The site itself is very organized.

    Cons: When using the employee search, you cannot press enter on your keyboard and have to be very specific with what you type - I would like to see updates on this page.

    Overall: isolved always makes updates and listens to feedbacks from its users. It is user friendly and customizable to your clients.
