Pros: The software is extremely user friendly. Learn and grow also allows you to learn new skills that you may need to become proficient in isolved.
Cons: I do not have any specific cons that I have found yet.
Overall: I find that isolved is very user friendly and if you are stuck on something or need help, isolved makes it easy to find what you need.

Pros: The platform is extremely feature rich - There are solutions for reviews, applicant tracking, and for payroll the in depth earnings/deductions/memo setup means you can make it work for just about any type of business. I love the configuration piece of the back end.
Cons: Although there are several solution, there is still a slight disconnect between different platforms. Jumping to ATS from the core HCM is still very much like going to a different product. They are making strides in the SSO solutions though.
Overall: Isolved is a very powerful HCM, and in the 4 years of our firm using it I have seen it grow and take user feedback to heart. After having used several other payroll solutions I think we've found the perfect one to grow our business.

Pros: i like the inclusiveness of HR and payroll products. There are many products that can be added so that the client can get all of their HR and payroll tasks done in one place.
Cons: The biggest issue I have is that new releases are not tested enough before being released. Many times the product does not work correctly or it breaks existing items. Also, log in issues are a daily occurrence with my clients and their employees.
Overall: Overall, I am pleased with isolved. It is a great product and offers many features which make payroll life easier.

Able to control payroll with ease and intergrade commission through excel uploads.Cons: Limited reporting.
Call in for Special Payrolls.Overall: 10/10 Use it daily and it make HR easy with email sent directly to the employees for any payroll change or Tax change.

Pros: It's user friendly, robust in automations and streamlining data, and the Add-Ons are impressive. Isolved works hard to make their product scalable and easy to use for a 2 employee company all the way up to an Enterprise Client with extensive staffing. They've worked hard to ensure their products all interface with one another and, in most cases, involve a SSO.
Cons: The Support from Tickets can be inconsistent. Some tickets can be responded to quickly with an educated contact while others can take months for a response and once that response is received, is not always the highest talent in Isolved to be interfacing around the issue at hand.
Overall: There is no other payroll software I feel confident recommending in the payroll industry. Isolved truly is the best of the best when it comes to payroll and time software services!

Pros: I have worked with multiple payroll platforms and iSolved is easy to navigate, offers seamless control of processes with options for customization, and offers a wide variety of product and services. Very satisfied.
Cons: I do think some additional upgrades would be helpful in the Learn and Grow product but they have updated quite a bit lately and it seems like more to come.
Overall: I am very happy with the software and have recommended it to others. I encourage others to look into it.

Pros: The iSolved platform presents a very simple yet effective means for employers and employees to manage their payroll data, track and record for timekeeping purposes, in addition to a whole scope of other benefits such as time off, performance reviews and expense management. All of which are very commonly used in today's business world.
Cons: If accruals could update in live time as the balance is used and the absence occurs, that would be phenomenal for end user understanding. While the payroll industry runs off the check date, using an accrual balance at the end of one year and paid in the beginning of the next, often leads to confusion and frustration among many of my clients.
Overall: Overall a positive experience with my almost 5-year use of the isolved system both as an employee, and working at the service bureau level as well.

Pros: The ease of use from both the perspective of Service Bureau User and Client Users. The reports have everything I need and when I can't find one, the iSolved team is so helpful!
Cons: Some of the additional security features have been hard to teach to our older clients. But security is so important that I am also grateful iSolved stays so on top of the issue.
Overall: I have experienced migrating information from another program into iSolved, I have processed payroll, pulled reports, taught client users how the program works. Overall I think we made a great decision to change to iSolved and I look forward to seeing what all it can do

Pros: Our dedicated trouble ticket team are on top of any issues and questions we have. I appreciate their fast service and relatable nature. They are communicative and responsive.
Cons: Growing pains as things move around have been a reality here and there but the fact that isolved is growing means great things for their clients.
Overall: We enjoy the usability and multi-level functioning isolved provides. We currently use only a fraction of their suite of products but budget each year to implement another module.

Cons: The overall interface could be better especially for mobile.

Pros: Loved the customization in our isolved setup, particularly in the time and attendance. We utilized a number isolved solutions, including payroll, benefits, COBRA.
Cons: We struggled to help our employees understand the confusing time off dashboard and I constantly fielded questions from employees about how much time off they had remaining for the year. An outdated user interface that lacked contrast and clarity led us to another provider.
Overall: I appreciated our dedicated service team, but at times we struggled to get follow up on support requests from the "right" person who could resolve our issue.

Pros: Great for an all-in-one platform making it easier for employees to access more information in a one stop shop.
Cons: Constant updates and constant issues with the product. Biweekly releases always have at least one issue if not more. Also, the login process is not user friendly.
Overall: Most of the features work fairly well, but a few need lots of retooling. However, most updates are unnecessary while major needs go without.

Pros: I like how robust the system is, and can be customized to each client. There are many add on modules to tailor to clients as well.
Cons: Because it can be customized there is a lot of room to change one thing and it throw off everything else in the system
Overall: Compared to other products I've used I would choose isolved everyday over the others. Sometimes it's hard finding the answer you need to questions because the university articles are hard to search and some tickets go unanswered for a while.

Cons: customer service is typical of most large payroll companies and could be improved
Overall: iSolved is a great technology and really helps simplify the employee recordkeeping and reporting. Payroll and benefits flow pretty seamlessly.

Pros: Easy to use, and easy to find things. The the employee self-service is a great tool and one of the best i've used
Cons: There is still some room for improvement, some menus could use updating and the search function should be able to find anything in the system not just the menu options.
Overall: Overall the Isolved system is the best software I've used, after 4 other systems in my 8 years working in payroll and HR i will be recommending this for any company looking for a great system

Pros: Some of the customer service is good, we used to have a wonderful relationship with our Isolved CS reps
Cons: Newer customer service has been below average. Issues with new employee payroll twice. Employee no showed to our meeting
Overall: Used to be a lot better than it is now. Not sure what happened in the last few years, a little disappointing.
