    Pros: With the constantly moving payroll landscape and multiple state employees, we appreciate the reliability and knowledge base we get with isolved.

    Cons: There have been a few hiccups along the way, but isolved has been responsive in addressing any small issues we've come across.

    Overall: I have worked with isolved for years (both with my current company, and with a previous employer). The service has been a great tool to streamline our internal processes at a time when outsourcing to a 3rd party payroll processor makes so much sense.

    Pros: Great web-based software, employee friendly, easy to use software that allows for HR/managers to quickly review time and attendance.
    Also allows for easy data extraction and reporting, which is user friendly as well.

    Cons: Sometimes have slowness, unresponsiveness in loading.

    Overall: Overall a great product with lots to offer. Many aspects of HR/payroll can be utilized in this system. User friendly and cost friendly as well.

    Pros: Good customer service, quick to respond.
    Lots of reports for several data needs.
    User friendly. Easy to understand payroll process.

    Cons: Pricing based on the number of employees for every individual needed service.
    Some reports are too detailed or do not come in Excel so that I can manipulate it for my needs.
    AEE for the phone can have issues occasionally for the hourly employees when trying to punch in or out.

    Overall: I was with iSolved, switched to ADP, and went right back to iSolved. I thought a big company like ADP would be what we needed and would have a super program, but they had horrible customer service when I needed it most. I like that I can email or call one person, or a team, and get my answers within a day.
    The payroll process is rather simple, and it's great that the time cards link right in. There is no confusion or too many steps.

    Pros: Time and record keeping, payroll, direct deposit, onboarding, 401k management, benefits management... literally everything! iSolved is the bomb.

    Cons: The 401k retirement enrollment was a steep learning curve, though that is something that a person only should have to deal with once. I am thankful for the outcome and iSolved's support team.

    Overall: There was a steep learning curve in navigating the software, but I am confident with my skillset and use of iSolved now. I am so thankful for the time iSolved has saved me. It is definitely a program that I look forward to using.

    Pros: - I love the option for employees to submit time off request and missed punches through the system, less paperwork!!
    - I appreciate the notifications you receive when you log into the system (ex: State tax changes, upcoming holidays, the reminder when to submit times when a holiday is approaching)

    Cons: Once you submit payroll you cannot make any changes, you have to call in. I am also a user on the Paychex system and once I submit with them, I have 15 minutes to make any changes myself.

    Overall: My overall experience with iSolved has been great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My emails are responded to in a timely manner. If customer service is not able to answer quickly, they send an email letting you know they are working in the issue.

    Pros: Support is great. Pricing is very good. User friendly. The staff seems to like the portal. They use without help from me. I appreciate not having to constantly tell them what their PTO balances are.

    Cons: Some functionality can only be done by support ticket.

    Overall: The rep Michael was great helping me during the conversion process. Normally switching payroll companies mid-year is difficult but the transition team was great.

    Pros: The customer service is great. They save our small business time and money by making payroll and benefits so easy to do. Additionally, it allows us to offer a 401k program to our employees despite our small size.

    Cons: I would prefer a specific case manager to deal with every time. That being said we always get a quick response every time we reach out with a question or concern.

    Overall: We are very happy with iSolved: the products they offer, the quick response, the ease of the online site, and the ability to run reports.

    Pros: Ease of use is the main thing I like about this platform. Customer service is always very friendly and are as helpful as they can be.

    Cons: Finding the report I want. The report titles sometimes don't make sense. For instance, I asked for a report to track Tardies, the report I was given is titled "Default Schedule Variance Export". Seems like too complicated of a title than what is needed.

    Overall: iSolved is the only platform I have used since starting in HR/Payroll. It is very ease to use, customer service people are always nice. I highly recommend it.

    Pros: I like the ability to customize the features to fit our needs. There is no set package so that we can pick and choose the functions that work best for our team and master them before tackling the next feature.

    Cons: Advanced support is always tricky. The customer service team is a great resource for troubleshooting but getting to someone for best practices can be timely.

    Overall: Overall I find isolved to be a great resource as a payroll and complete HRIS system. I enjoy exploring all the new features and tailoring the system to fit my organization's needs.

    Pros: We invested in isolved almost 5 years ago. We are as excited today as we were the day we made the decision to purchase this platform. (maybe more)
    They have EXCELLENT customer service -very quick to help resolve any questions that may come up. Their reports are top notch, our General Manager was previously a software developer and he is so impressed with the capabilities of isolved report writer. They also have a huge library of standard reports. Payroll takes us at least half as much time as before we were using isolved and with fewer errors. I highly recommend this product.

    Cons: So far the only con I have is on with the Offboarding add on. It is most likely because I have not used it as much, and do not fully understand it.

    Overall: We are very pleased with isolved, it is a great help in helping us be more efficient and compliant with our HR department.

    Able to use the system for everything from finding candidates to on boarding, time keeping, insurance, ACA.

    Cons: Unable to edit email addresses in on boarding stage. Have to delete entire employee and start over.

    Pros: The benefit feeds, the payroll processing and the reporting features always run very smoothly. I enjoy using the custom reports feature as well and have incorporated it into many of our processes.
