Pros: The ease of use of the system. It is very user-friendly. The features that are currently in the system are nice and looking forward to all new time items that are yet to come.
Cons: Some of the releases of new items or updates to the system do not always go smoothly and have caused major issues with our clients not being able to access the system or certain parts of the system. It also seems like if there is something that has an issue on a release it is usually the Time system that takes the hit.
Overall: Of the few time systems I have worked with, iSolved Time is by far the easiest in terms of programming. I also feel the level of support and the response we receive is very good.

Pros: I like the access to so many features and the capability to build each of our clients in their own unique way that meets their needs as a company.
Cons: I don't like the MFA. I realize its importance but it has caused me stressful morning just trying to log in. It kicks me out 5 times before I can even clock in.
Overall: isolved as a whole is a very established company and has a lot to offer but with every internet based company there are always things that are updating and that's okay.

Pros: The customer support is excellent. You can get an answer quickly when needed. Also, iSolved handles tax data very well. We have not had any issues with our tax filings. And if you receive a notice they research and let you know if it is or is not related to payroll. Then you know how to handle the communications. Now on the phone line they have an option for tax help and they are very good! Thanks for always adding more to help us.
Cons: Currently, iSolved can't process foreign payrolls, but they can help with bringing their data into the HR side. I'm hoping soon we can have the international payrolls as an option.
Overall: Excellent experience. I love working with iSolved. They are big enough to help you keep your payroll and HR running smoothly and still small enough to give you great customer support!

Pros: I like the reports offered by isolved. They have a variety of supporting reports that especially help when we are going through an audit, which occurs 3 times a year and include 401k, quality, worker's comp.
Cons: I have a difficult time finding someone to help me with specific issues and to get them to resolve them accurately and quickly.
I also think isolved nickels and dimes us, such as charging a $5.00 fee when a direct deposit is incorrect.
I think it's ridiculous that when we don't have any changes during our benefits enrollment that we are charged a hefty amount. We don't need any changes whatsoever yet are charged a large fee.Overall: Overall, I like the reporting and the ease of adding/terminating employees. I dislike the fees and charges.

Pros: I have been using Isolved for about 3 years now. Isolved is extremely user friendly. The software is constantly being updated to make it easier for those using it, and I appreciate that they care for the companies that are using their software. Two pros would definitely have to be Time management and Employee experience. Both have improved greatly using Isloved.
Cons: One con that I would have to say about using Isolved is the response time when it comes to Customer Service. Sometimes I am able to get a quick response and other times it takes awhile for me to get a response which can put a halt in dome of our day to day tasks.
Overall: Overall I am please with Isolved. They care about their customers and listen to our input. Isloved is a good reason I am now in Human Resources. They have a lot of good information as well as training classes within their university to help their customers grow and flourish in their field.

Pros: I like the fact that there are so many options for clients to incorporate different aspects of Human Capital Management into their payroll. Clients can use as much or as little for their company's needs.
Cons: I am not impressed with the way updates/upgrades in isolved are made. There are many issues that could be fixed before they release the updates to the users. More testing needs to be done before releases become live.
I also think there are pages that could be combined to keep the flow of the process more smooth. It can be complicated to learn the many aspects of setting up and maintaining the different modules.Overall: Overall, I think isolved is a good product. It just needs more attention to the testing of new releases.

Pros: Plenty of options to search menu, user friendly, and innovative! The site itself is very organized.
Cons: When using the employee search, you cannot press enter on your keyboard and have to be very specific with what you type - I would like to see updates on this page.
Overall: isolved always makes updates and listens to feedbacks from its users. It is user friendly and customizable to your clients.

Pros: Using isolved is easy, its not a very hard system to get the hang of. There is a lot to offer and there is so much a company can do.

Overall: There is so much almost endless amount of things a company can do in iSolved, like i said it is almost overwhelming with the amount of things. But it is very easy to use.

Pros: The software is futuristic. Anything you can want in a payroll software is here. It works as designed most days.
Cons: Support is sub par. They take forever to get back to you.

Pros: The pink color with the new branding is nice and it is slightly more streamlined and modernized which is nice.
Cons: The UI. The massive updates with NO heads up or "hey we're making changes and things are going to look like THIS from now on".
Overall: Meh - the interface needs a lot of love and the fact that each of the individual isolved platforms have separate logins and are not integrated (payroll, HCM, People Heroes).

Pros: The product not only has a lot of features but also a lot of support to back up those features. Many items are available as articles, quick help videos and training classes so no matter what your learning style is you are going to be able to find something to help you understand.
Cons: ESS and AEE coexisting is somewhat of a nuisance. I work mostly with benefits and while open enrollment is available in both life events are not so having to have employees switch between the two can be confusing for clients.
Overall: I have been using isolved for almost two years now. When I first got this position I was completely unfamiliar with the program and a little nervous about learning a whole new system. This system has so many features that make using it easer, like the ability to search for a screen rather than needing to know the path. I was able to pick up the program very quickly and felt at home in it almost immediately.

Pros: isolved has the most features for those intense payrolls out of all platforms. There is a function for everything.
Cons: isolved requires lots of training and lots of experience.
Overall: isolved has a lot of features but also takes a lot of time to learn these features. Depending on your client base, this may or may not be the platform for you.

Pros: With isolved being a true single database, employee information is more accurate and takes less time to enter in as there is one record. The system also provides the full hire to retire and continues to evolve with the changing market.
Cons: I think the time & attendance portion of the system could be built out further to accommodate more shift differential complications, but for basic shift differentials and regular timekeeping, it works great!
Overall: Overall, isolved has been a wonderful platform that is able to adapt to a companies changing needs. The employee experience is easy and employees are able to do everything they need on their mobile phones.

Pros: We have been with isolved for over 6 years. The switch from inhouse to outsourced payroll was easy. The program is great. Lots of customizable features, tons of general reports and easy to create new ones, and great features for my employees.
We love the onboarding and self-service access.Cons: I wish some features like the I9 had filling functions for the government agency.
Also, I wish proper names and street/city names would self capitalize.Overall: Overall, we love the system. We use it for hiring, onboarding, self-service, quarterly and year-end administration, and HR needs. The price is comparable. There are lots of features you can add in and different price levels.

Pros: The system/app is overall easy to navigate once you figure it out. Most of the system is self explanatory.
Cons: Customer service can be a hassle, getting a response or an accurate solution for your problem is sometimes an issue.
Overall: The system is great, the back end (customer service) is the main issue which has turned us away from using them for more services. We recently lowered our services to our basic needs due to reoccurring issues we have had with them.
