Pros: Lots of tools/options to choose from to improve and develop great HR practices and increase capacity.

Cons: Cost - Every additional feature comes with a price.

Overall: I love the software and what it has done for our HR experience overall. It has greatly improved our employee experience for onboarding, payroll, time and record keeping, benefits enrollment, and many other great feature.

Pros: I love the new cloud platform, looks of good feedback from employees.
HR team is great, as well. More to love than not to love.

Cons: Report writer hard to understand to me. I wish there were better reports prewritten.

Overall: This is a great product and I am so glad to be using it. The staff is terrific, friendly, and responsive. Thank you.

Pros: You are given a dedicated customer service support representative assigned to your account! Support team is knowledgeable.

Cons: Website is being improved but is going through some frequent updates.

Overall: I would highly recommend isolved HCM over other payroll service providers (i.e., ADP Workforce Now).

Pros: Simplified Payroll.
Employee Interaction.
Ease of Benefit Enrollment.
Effortless On Boarding of new hires and rehires.

Cons: Report Builder need to be easier.
Auto Lunch Punch issues.

Overall: The overall use of the system is easy due to the progression and intuitiveness of screens. It has saved time in onboarding and open enrollment of benefits. Many payroll errors have been eliminated due to employee engagement, their ability to view their own timesheets has made payroll a breeze. I only wish report writing could be simplified.

Pros: Since implementing the Applicant Tracking System, we have brought our total hire time down by 75%.

Cons: It would be great if we didn't have to download resumes to see them full screen.

Overall: Working with isolved has been a great experience. From our dedicated account manager to the sales team and the customer service.
