iLeadX

Pros: I've been using iLeadX mainly for real estate prospecting, and it's saved me a lot of time. I usually start with a location and the type of real estate businesses I'm looking for, then use the results to build my outreach list.
What I like most is the scoring. I don't have to go through every lead in detail just to figure out where to start. I can look at the higher-scored ones first and see what made them score that way.
The pitch suggestions are a nice touch too. I don't always use them word for word, but they're helpful when I'm trying to figure out how to approach a particular lead.
I've also connected it to Google Sheets and HubSpot, which is basically where I keep and manage my leads anyway. That makes the whole process pretty straightforward.

Cons: I'd like to see more options for filtering and sorting leads. It's also still growing, so I expect some of the features to get better over time.

Overall: I've tried quite a few lead generation tools, and iLeadX has been one of the better ones I've used for real estate prospecting. I like that I can find the leads, get the contact information, see which ones I should probably focus on first, and then have a few different ways to approach them.
It doesn't completely replace the rest of my SDR workflow, but it cuts down a lot of the repetitive research, which is honestly the part of prospecting I like the least.
