    Pros: The heatmap view is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. Being able to see at a glance who's overloaded and who has room without pulling a report or asking around has genuinely changed how I run my weekly planning sessions.     Cons: First few days were a bit rough. There's a lot you can configure and it wasn't always obvious where to start. I had to lean on support a couple of times just to get the basics set up the way I wanted. A proper setup guide would go a long way.

    Pros: Honestly the thing I keep coming back to is how uncluttered it feels. I manage resources across three departments and with most tools I've used, that means a lot of noise on screen. With eResource Scheduler it's clean filters actually work the way you expect them to, and finding what you need doesn't feel like a treasure hunt. My team picked it up pretty fast too which is always a good sign.
