Pros from Real Users Pros Does what you need for a scheduling/PM tool. It has strong visuals and a flexibility of what views to provide (if you can understand the methodology). The ability to streamline the task and project planning with a collaborated workspace is great. I liked the ease of creating custom flow using drag and drop. The interface is intuitive and very convenient. It brings the remote team closer. You can view your resource and task with a very simple step. The task scheduling is awesome. It helps to collaborate and manage employee workloads. Float helps to give you a birds-eye view of your projects. Here are the things I liked about Float. - Hundreds of integrations to simplify management. - Easy to assign and divide tasks. - It helps you complete the project before the deadline. - Collaborated project planning. #1- It integrates with Slack and Asana makes the best management platform. #2- Time tracking and resource management give one platform view data. #3- Excellent workload feature to assign equal tasks. Float helps creating project in a click. Very intuitive and fast software. Most accurate view of the projects. Filter functionality and powerful search. Using drag and drop we can re assign task to employees. Provides real-time reporting access. Good editing tools. Easily synchronizes with task. Best resource scheduling software. Interactive user interface.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The heatmap view is something I didn't know I needed until I had it. Being able to see at a glance who's overloaded and who has room without pulling a report or asking around has genuinely changed how I run my weekly planning sessions. I used to rely on gut feeling a lot more than I'd like to admit. Honestly the thing I keep coming back to is how uncluttered it feels. I manage resources across three departments and with most tools I've used, that means a lot of noise on screen. With eResource Scheduler it's clean filters actually work the way you expect them to, and finding what you need doesn't feel like a treasure hunt. My team picked it up pretty fast too which is always a good sign. We use eResource Scheduler to manage consultant allocations and set different cost and billing rates based on employee roles and client projects. This has made it much easier to estimate project costs, allocate recruiters and consultants correctly, and keep billing information organized. The setup is straightforward, and updating rates when a project changes only takes a few clicks. What stands out most is the visibility it gives us into daily operations. We can easily monitor vehicle availability, active trips, driver assignments, and delays from one dashboard. The live fleet view and reporting tools make it much easier to keep operations organized and respond quickly when schedules change. What I like best about eResource Scheduler is how easy it is to see team availability and assign resources without relying on spreadsheets. The drag-and-drop scheduling, workload view, and resource availability calendar make it simple to balance workloads and avoid scheduling conflicts. It's intuitive to use and gives a clear overview of who's available for upcoming projects. Cons First few days were a bit rough. There's a lot you can configure and it wasn't always obvious where to start. I had to lean on support a couple of times just to get the basics set up the way I wanted. A proper setup guide would go a long way. I've had a few moments where I needed to check something quickly while away from my desk and the mobile experience just isn't there yet. It's usable but you can tell it wasn't the main focus when they built it. The platform has worked well overall. The only improvement I'd like to see is a little more flexibility when generating customized cost and billing reports for different clients. So far the platform has been reliable for our day-to-day operations. If anything, I'd like to see more flexibility when customizing reports and dashboard layouts for different management roles, but overall it has worked well for our team. Honestly, I haven't run into any major issues so far. The platform has worked well for our needs. If I had to mention something, I'd say there could be a few more options for customizing reports, but overall everything works fine.
