Deferit

Pros: I love how they are very fast with helping you pay your bill. I was stuck in between looking for work. I was able to pay the 14.99 fee and was able to upload my bill and have my bill paid. Using Deferit helped get caught up with my bills. I am very satisfied with Deferit. I want to thank you all for such great service. Hopefully one day you will up my spending limit so I can pay more bills.

Cons: They are great just need higher limits. Thank you just a suggestion.

Overall: My experience is great, I was able to upload my power bill easy and was able to pay it. It was paid right then and there. Now I am current with all of my bills. I just hope that they will up limits more. Thank you again Deferit for saving me.

Pros: Absolutely nothing!

Cons: Frauds!!!! These people prey on the not so fortunate and you will never here from them again matter of fact after you sign up (pay their fee) and then boom!!! They lock your account reminds me of the movie bee keeper just a call center full of low lifes scamming people!!! Get a real job losers.

Overall: Never again. I wouldn't recommend Deferit to a dog!

Pros: Customer service is quick and solved my problem without any issues. If I am short on a bill, I love that I can take some extra time to pay it! I also love that I can change the date to allow extra time if needed!

Cons: None, it’s a great service! Well worth the monthly fee!

Overall: Great app, great service! I have only had one issue and customer service was very efficient and solved my issue quickly!

Cons: I’m am replying just like I have been and emailing Deferit to stop fraudulent withdrawing funds out of my account for a subscription fee that I never signed up for nor did I want to become a member!! And this Deferit is still withdrawing funds!

Overall: Because of Deferit I have had to replace 3 debit cards through my Financial institution!!! I have asked!! I have begged!!for Deferit to stop taking from me!! And they want That is very bad business!! They say you can live chat Not true at all!! All you get is an answer machine!!And know I’m starting to think that they do not have human emailing or replying!! Because they will not stop taking from me!! I mean what business takes 5 withdraws in one month?? And it may be more!! I didn’t sign up for Deferit for a reason and I wouldn’t do business with Deferit!! I am tired of this nonsense I will be posting a review.. It’s a scam!!

Pros: Helped with bill, The option to upload more than one bill or several bills at a time is helpful if needed. The app is easy to navigate and seamless with how Deferit app users can upload bill(s).The FAQ's help when app user has inquiries.

Cons: Communication from Deferit was not as quick as I would've liked after bill was uploaded. Deferit payment did not post until after bill was actually due. The app did not offer an option to reschedule payments. Occasionally takes a while to get a response back from an inquiry made about a bill upload or scheduled payment. There is currently no customer service support phone number.

Overall: Decent-Seems like a good service overall. App is easy to navigate.Although the communication needs improvement, a support representative does eventually respond to inquiries and does help to get questions answered, issues resolved, rescheduling done, or payments updated.

Pros: I love the flexibility of this product when navigating budgeting and bill paying. The app helps make this product convenient to use.

Cons: I wish the subscription payments were less or broken out in flat rate increments per installments, add $4-$5 to each installment payment. Or maybe have the ability to amend the subscription due date. I’d also to see a monthly statement. For example what you send to the credit bureau.

Overall: Satisfied customer. Definitely recommend.

Pros: They are amazing and have a great team that is ready and willing to help you with anything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help to catch up with their bills. I am so grateful and thankful for their service. Bella is amazing and helped me with my account. She really helped me out when I needed it the most. Thank you Deferit.

Cons: There are no cons I am completely happy for everything they have to offer. The payments are really affordable. They help me so much.

Pros: I have been a customer to Deferit, and it helps me a lot, i want to give a shout out for Veronica 👌👌👌for helping me resolved my payment issue, she is great on giving me solution on my situation and she made it happened, after all of my payment resolutions I will still recommend Deferit.

Cons: There's no customer representative for taking telephone calls. Other than that i love to use Deferit.

Overall: Very good. It help me a lot not to get behind on payments, and the app it's very easy to use. Customer service is very diligent helping your issue.

Pros: Allows you to make installment payments when you don’t have all the funds right away. So with that I absolutely love this service.

Cons: Customer service getting back to late, need someone who can help within moments and not days later.

Overall: Absolutely love Deferit! This has kept me out of getting lots of my bills from falling to much behind and or getting services shut off. Would recommend for anyone who is in dyer need of assistance with payments if you don’t have the amount in full right away.

Pros: The site is easy to navigate, It is easy to make payments, you can pay back in affordable payments. It is easy to get in touch with customer service they get back to you very quickly.

Cons: I wouldn't change anything. I haven't had any problems with the site. The only thing I think could be a little better is the fees. I would like it better if you could pay monthly.

Overall: I can't stop praising Deferit. They helped me out when I needed it most to pay my utility bill a few months ago and I've been using them ever since. Low payments and due date flexibility is key these days for so many and they offer both. And their customer service team is so helpful. Thank you Deferit from the bottom of my heart

Pros: I love the availability balance. I love the timing of having your bill paid within hours or even a short period of days depending on when paying. The subscription fee is reasonable. The customer service is super helpful and understanding.

Cons: More bill carriers but to have the main carriers, is good enough.

Overall: Overall I’m pleased with this service to help assist in ways others can’t. It’s very helpful and I recommend this to whomever may need this service.

Pros: Becoming a single income household with kids has been a struggle. Deferit allows me to free up some money paycheck to paycheck for basic necessities like groceries, diapers, etc. That keeps my family going. It's a blessing to say the least.

Cons: Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response now but you do get a response.

Overall: It's been a very good experience. There's flexibility with changing payment dates. And sometimes you're able to get a little increase, which is good to leave on file for emergencies.
