    "Don’t trust to pay "

    Pros: Nothing at all. Literally every thing sucked. The customer service sucks. The details suck, do not trust them!!!

    Cons: SCAM!!!! Do not trust them!!! They will approve you then you pay rent, and guess what? They deny it!!! I just had to plead to not be evicted and I have $250 in returned fees and late fees.
    I did not pass “compliance” after I was approved and told all set!!! No one. No one can or will tell me why!!!! Just sorry, DO NOT USE!!!!! Not American either.

    Overall: Would never recommend~ unless you like gambling with your home. Wanna play may get evicted? Want 225 in fees for returned rent and late fees? Then use them.
