Pros: 1. It is available on both Android and iOS platform.
2. It does not heat up the phone or use a lot of RAM while running.
3. Furthermore, it has all the important features like screen sharing and recording even in the mobile version.
4. The layout of the user interface is intuitive ad makes the application easy to use.
5. It allows switching between mobile application and desktop application of Zoom easily.

Cons: I did not find any con or the application limiting in any way despite being the smaller mobile version.

Overall: Overall, Zoom Phone bring all the important feature of the Zoom in the mobile version. It is handy, easy to use and light on the system.

Pros: - The user interface of the application is simple, and the navigation is smooth.

- All the important features are present on the bottom navigation bar.
- It allows screen sharing without any lags.
- It runs smoothly on all the devices without consuming a lot of RAM.

Cons: - It does not have cons or shortcomings, all the important features are present compared to the desktop version.

Overall: Overall, Zoom Phone is an excellent video meeting application for smartphones, It offers all the features to attend or conduct an effective video meeting. It runs smoothly on all the devices without creating any lags in the phone.

3. By running on a mobile device, it makes it extremely portable and accessible to attend meetings anywhere.

Cons: 1. There are not any cons that I have encountered in my usage.

Overall: Overall, Zoom phone is a lighter version of Zoom which can be used in any mobile device regardless of the specification. It is fast and reliable to use.

Pros: Integrates seamlessly with zoom video conferencing. Flexible VOIP solution (app on computer or cell). Ported existing numbers. Auto attendant and call queues are great.

Cons: Cannot use texting with ported numbers, support is hard to get in touch with at times

Overall: Overall easy to transfer numbers to zoom phone and easy to manage/use. Love the auto attendant and call queue feature and how it integrates with the zoom app our team members already use.

Pros: It is super easy to use and to take your Zoom meetings on the go, like places you can't comfortably have a computer.

Cons: Sometimes the connection isn't that great, but I think that has more to do with the WIFI in that area.

Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Zoom Phone. It makes my business meetings even easier than before and less hassle.

Cons: Expensive subscription plan. 40 mins limit if you are using free plan.

- There is latency issue while screen sharing.

Overall: Overall, Zoom Phone is a lightweight application that provides all the necessary features of zoom. The meetings can be organized seamlessly without any hassle.

Pros: The price for basic service is comparable to other providers. Not sure that this is a "pros" exactly.

Cons: Non-existent support.
Phones do random things and there is no obvious way to fix them.

Overall: Their VOIP phone system is absolutely horrible if you are a small business. First off they said it would be easy to set up their phone system (since we would have to do it ourselves) and it wasn't at all easy even for someone with decent tech skills--I am an engineer and even build my own computers from scratch just to help you understand that I am not a luddite--it took me about 50 hours to set up our phone system. I first had to figure out what I thought I needed and then search in their search bar for those topics. The search bar would then direct me to "articles" that seemed to fit. I would have to search through those articles, all the while having to look up the definitions of the telecommunications jargon that pops up everywhere, to find the ones that were applicable to my situation. Then read those articles to sort out what I needed to do. There was no start-to-finish, "how to set up your Zoom phones" manual or tutorial that just walked me through what I needed.

Secondly, you have to pay more to get even the most basic support, and I don't even mean support like, "how do I do this or that". But support to help us with problems on THEIR end. Our phone system literally went down one day, meaning we couldn't make or receive calls. We couldn't reach anyone at Zoom by call, text, chat, nothing to even tell us why our phones were NOT WORKING or even tell them THAT our phones were not working. We literally had to upgrade our service on an emergency basis to even talk to someone about the fact the the phone system WASN'T WORKING at all.

Sometimes the phones also just do random things by themselves. An example, I came in one morning to find just one of the phones on some kind of auto forwarding so it couldn't receive any calls. I tried to fix it by going through the various menu options on the phone, to no avail--clicking on the "forwarding" option did not lead to any menu options to stop the forwarding. When I had used the phone the previous day it was fine. I was the last person to use it. I made no changes to it. It just started auto forwarding on it's own. This happened again randomly over the months to other phones and sometimes when you would go to the "forwarding" menu option you could find an option to stop the forwarding--but that option was not always there and it never did show up on the first phone that had this problem. As far as I am concerned, this isn't something that I did wrong or something having to do with my level of knowledge but something random that just happened, something wrong with the phone or the system; something I should be able to talk to someone about so I can get it fixed. Forget about it, ain't going to happen. You are quite literally on your own.

The last straw was today, we needed to get on to the "manage system phones" link on the online portal that we had always used to make changes to our auto-receptionist. Lo-and-behold the link was no longer on their website. It was just gone. No reference to any "manage system phone" no reference to "auto receptionist"--just gone. We had no way to get to the auto receptionist settings to make a critical change--ie our internet was down so we needed to change our greeting to let clients know we wouldn't be able to receive calls but WE COULDN'T BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE WEBSITE AND THE LINK WAS GONE. Once again, cannot talk to anyone, chat with anyone, text anyone to even find out how to get to the auto-receptionist settings. Found an article that said to go to the online portal and click "phone system management" which is exactly the thing that was no longer on their online portal.
We are so done with Zoom, not only was the sales person in the very beginning dishonest with us about the ease of setting up the system but you can't get support for problems that are THEIR FAULT. It is truly messed up.

Pros: - Zoom phone's best feature is the ease of use it provides for the users.
- The call quality is as good as the zoom.
- The support is responsive and fast.

Cons: - Zoom Phone biggest con is the jitters during the sharing of screen.

Overall: Overall, Zoom Phone can be the best application for the people who want to attend meetings on the go.

Pros: - It provides all the best features of zoom in the mobile version.
- The optimization is great, and it runs smoothly in every mobile device.
- It delivers a decent audio and video transmission even on poor bandwidth internet.

Cons: - It does not support texting during an ongoing meeting.

Overall: Zoom Phone is providing the features of zoom desktop and flexibility to be used on a mobile. Except some minor bugs, it runs smoothly on every mobile.

Pros: Easy to schedule and organise for online meetings.

Best with file sharing.
Superb and mobile friendly.

Cons: Effective compatibility with phone and have no complaints at all.

Overall: Superb to use with mobile and simple to install.
Reliable to hold and organise for online meetings.
Faster with instant messaging.

Pros: - It gives all the best features of Zoom on a phone that you can carry anywhere.
- There is no lag whatsoever during presenting screen, which is a huge issue in the web version of the software.
- The user interface is quite smooth and responsive.

Cons: - If you do not have a high-end or mid-range phone your phone might get heated while long meetings. Other than this I didn't find any other issue.

Overall: Overall, the Zoom phone gives you all the features of the web version and the freedom to make calls anywhere you want with your smartphone.

-It provides very high-quality audio and video transfers despite being a smartphone application.
-It transcribes voicemails, and you can easily keep track of who called you.

Cons: -It is not very good in RAM management. If you are using it on a low specs smartphone, the phone tends to heat a lot.
-You cannot multitask with the app open because it keeps crashing.

Overall: Overall, Zoom phone is a great app for people who travel a lot and have to attend meetings, and you get all the necessary features of the zoom app in your smartphone app—all in all, a great application.

Pros: Zoom Phone is very easy to use and install. Just download, set it up and it is up and running.
I consider it one of the best conferencing solution to connect to a remote customer or colleague.

Cons: I absolutely have no dislike for this conferencing solution.

Overall: Zoom brings together various departments and remote participants with its quickness of joining rooms and the screen sharing feature.
It is very simple for everyone to use.

Pros: -It provides all the key features of the zoom application into your phone, so you can attend your conferences or video chat anywhere you go.
-The User Interface of the app is very light and runs on almost every smartphone without lags.
-It provides many helpful features like screen sharing very smoothly.

Cons: -Call gets automatically disconnected after 40 minutes without any warning or notice.
-If you have a low-end smartphone, you might face some lags here and there.

Overall: Overall, it is quite a good app that gives you all the zoom features into your phone. There is a time limit in the free version, but you can always opt for the paid version.

Pros: I have been in a better situation to make free video calls with Zoom Phone for 40 minutes unlike other video conferencing programs.

Cons: I don't like the way they disconnect the video call without a notice.
