    "Infallible service to create, modify or manage a large number of documents in real time."

    Pros: Zoho Docs is an infallible platform that will help you to have a correct administration of each of your documents, in addition, this platform will also help you to have a correct edition of documents, either individually or in a group, it offers advanced tools that will help you to create a personalized document with the support of your colleagues in real time. Actually, the vast majority of features and functions offered by this platform were positive, below, I will mention the most outstanding positive feature for me.

    1.- One of the main features that I liked about this platform is the document conversion, this conversion allows you to convert a .Word document into a PDF document, it also allows you to convert documents such as PowerPoint and many others, including Excel documents. There is a great variety of document formats that allows this platform to modify them or convert them to other types of document formats, this function is very important when transferring a document, since on some occasions you want to transfer it through a type of PDF file or some other type of file. This is the most important function that this platform has and the one that I liked the most.

    2.- Another thing that I like about this platform is that it has a version control of each document, for example, by accessing the versions section of a specific document, you will be able to see old versions of the document, with information that has been written on specific days and times, you will be able to get much older versions of the document that I am using. This function is very useful when some information is deleted from the document due to an error, you can access this section and recover that information in a matter of seconds, in addition, having several versions of a document helps you to have an administration of the information that the document has in a much simpler way.

    3.- The search system works wonderfully, in addition, you can have a much more personalized and complete search which will help you find specific texts thanks to the advanced search engine. The search system is very well used within this platform, you can search for exact words that are repeated within a document or you can also search for a complete text within this search engine.

    4.- I also loved the real-time document editing system with the collaboration of colleagues. This platform also works in an integrated and synchronized way with Zoho services, so you will have all your employees' contacts at hand. This integration helps you to add new collaborators and editors to a document that you have stored within it, by adding them, they will be able to make all kinds of changes and you will see it in real time, as well as each of the changes that you make. within the file, they will be able to view it in real time. Collaborative document editing with colleagues and employees is great.

    5.- This platform also has a content publication function, this function helps you upload any type of document to a network that helps you share this file with many more people. For example, if you have recently uploaded a document, you can share it using a direct link and many people will be able to interact with that document, they will be able to view it, make comments, share it on a social network and much more. In addition, with this content publication function you will also be able to see in real time the number of people who have interacted with previously published content, you will be able to see how many views it has had since it was published, as well as how many interactions or comments it has had.

    Cons: Zoho Docs is a service that is very worthwhile, the ability that this platform has shown to have for editing documents is incredible, never before has it authorized a document management platform that was so complete, with advanced features and tools that allow editing a document from any device, in addition, with the collaboration of the work team. Below I will mention some of the negative things that came up during my experience.

    1.- This platform needs to improve the application for mobile devices, I consider that the management and editing of documents from the version for mobile devices is quite inconvenient and needs to be used, the way in which each one of them is accessed has to be modified. the editing and writing tools, as well as the synchronization system between devices has to be improved, I have noticed that when modifying some information of a document from the computer, these changes take additional time to appear from the version for devices mobile, so it is very necessary that this application be used in a general way, improving the editing of documents and optimizing the synchronization between various devices.

    2.- It is not possible to modify in any way the pan in general where you view each of your documents, all the documents that you store remain in a panel that is totally predetermined, you will not be able to modify the interface, change its color or make changes so that you can change the way documents are displayed. It is very important that a function be implemented to modify the general document viewing panel, this would help us to organize another document in a much more original way, in addition, it would allow us to greatly improve our community within the platform, despite the fact that currently we do not feel uncomfortable, we consider that it is very necessary that there are functions to modify the user experience.

    3.- The free trial for new users is also quite limited, offering only 5 GB of document storage, also, it does not allow to create many folders within this free trial, therefore, I do not recommend it at all, since they will only have access to some of the benefits offered by this platform. It is really necessary to implement a free trial that is capable of strengthening the user's knowledge and that the user adapts to each of the platform's features, the current free trial is quite limited in general.

    Overall: Zoho Docs has become this number one platform for creating, editing and managing documents within our company, around 1500 employees in our company are making use of this platform to create quite complete documents and the information is always stored within from the cloud The benefits that we have obtained with this platform are quite varied, since there are some employees in our company that only use it to share documents with their work team, however, there are a large number of employees in this company that use it in the majority of functions of this platform, achieving the benefits of document conversion, file sharing, real-time file editing with the collaboration of colleagues and many other functions. We are a real estate company that needs to make documents every day, either to create some type of contract or to send a document to our clients, this platform has been key to sharing documents in a much simpler way, with the content publication system, we can publish some document for our clients and send it to them or share it through a direct link. We are very happy with the overall experience so far, we believe that this platform will continue to be important for our real estate sector, so we plan to use it for years to come.

    Pros: I like that Zoho Docs is very versatile and offers many features when it comes to anything having to do with documents, it offers the ability to create different types of documents such as spreadsheets or text only documents, as well as beautiful presentations that enhance information and display them in an intuitive way without much effort, it has many tools that feel like using a regular desktop office solution but it is web-based, making thing easier and quicker since it is saved on the Zoho ecosystem and it is automatically saved without me having to repeat this task after a few minutes, saving me a lot of time and worries. Its sharing tools are extremely helpful and they are very convenient when working on a file, it lets me share the file to different sources without needing to export it and send it via email, which helps me track who I have sent different files to and help keep security levels high. ZohoDocs allows me to track user activity, helping me understand what changes are being made on many documents and which person made which change, helping me allocate different tasks to different members of our organization and know what work is being done through real time updates that the solution provides.

    Collaboration is also very nice with Zoho Docs, it has many features that help our team work on the same documents without one needing to close the file, it automatically updates with every word written and every change made while simultaneously working on documents or spreadsheets, this boosts productivity and workflow as a team because it allows collaboration to be possible at all times and it is not limited to one person at a time, making things easier for members who are working at the same time or are completing tasks together as a team. It also allows for open discussions about certain files to happen without needing to leave the solution, which is helpful because it is entered in the activity record to track everything. Also, its security levels are very high and standard in this document sharing solution, files can be customized to be only viewed by certain people and to be only shared with certain people, this helps keep data private and without risks of important and crucial data being leaked, this solution values privacy within the organization and it is something that comes in handy when sharing files and creating them having these different settings in mind.

    Cons: Zoho Docs is a software that is very versatile and offers many features for a very affordable price in comparison to other competitors, and it integrates with many other Zoho products in the cloud, however, it comes with many disadvantages such as the fact that it becomes slow at times when managing a couple of files at the same time, it will take a longer time to load than usually and it will slow down the process of editing because of the loading time of the tools. For the presentations, there are not many nice templates to choose from that feel professional enough for our business presentations, so I have had to start from scratch instead of being able to use the help of a pre-built template that suits my needs, they should include a lot of templates that are varied and differ from needs and theme, because this way it will be a lot easier to get the information across and being able to present it in a proper way, facilitating the digestion of the information being presented thanks to the templates and saving me a lot of time that I can put into providing more products for the customers.

    Overall: Zoho Docs is being used by our organization to save different files and data about our business, and it is also being used as a collaboration tool when preparing different data to analyze, and different projects that need the use of a web office tool such as Zoho Docs. It has been a great collaborative solution that has helped us with the creation of a variety of files for our projects and has helped us brainstorm together as a team to come up with a variety of project ideas that we later implement into our business; for me, I feel like it has incredibly boosted our productivity both as individuals and as one team that works towards achieving our goals, and it maintains our data safe while allowing us to collaborate in a cloud web service.

    Pros: Zoho Docs It is magnificent to have a correct administration of all types of documents, the way in which you can edit, share and create all types of documents online thanks to this platform is incredible, you will have to say goodbye to all those applications downloaded once for your computer to help you edit documents, with only this application you will be able to avoid all types of documents in any format, since its viewing capacity is much broader. The most positive things about this platform are:

    1.- It has immediate compatibility with all types of document formats, in this way you can insert any type of note, Microsoft Word document, PowerPoint, Excel and many more, just by entering the document on the platform you can edit it online In addition, you will be able to use this application to edit several documents simultaneously with the same platform. This editing platform is very advanced, the document compatibility is what has impressed me the most, no matter what document format it is in, you will still be able to avoid it thanks to this platform.

    2.- Its operation is online, you will not have to download any application to use it, in addition, this is really beneficial since by simply uploading the corresponding file, you will be able to edit it online without having to download anything to your computer.

    3.- It is linked perfectly with the Zoho Network, so if you have all your contacts added to this network, everyone will be able to view the shared files or documents that you are meditating within this platform, this is without a doubt. It's certainly fantastic since when you save a document and finish editing it, you can share it with your contact list in a matter of seconds, you just have to modify the privacy and viewing permissions of this document and immediately your colleagues or employees will be able to view the document correspondent.

    4.- The measurement tools are complete at all times, edited PowerPoint, Excel or Word files, obtained tools that are quite good and that currently have the Microsoft Office platform, this is without a doubt fantastic since I can use all these online tools without the need to download any application thanks to using this platform. I can have unlimited access to all these tools to edit my documents online.

    5.- Its general operation and the agility with which it works is what has impressed me the most, since it can avoid all types of documents regardless of the amount of information or images they have, you will obtain the same fluidity as this platform in line does not consume many resources of your computer, so it is great to use them on any type of computer regardless of its characteristics.

    Cons: During my experience, I have noticed several negative factors that I really did not like about this platform, and that should be corrected as soon as possible to allow users to have a more complete and positive experience. The things that I disliked the most about this platform are:

    1.- Currently it does not have any type of auto-save tool, this means that if you are writing any information or writing a document, you must take the corresponding precautions to avoid losing this information due to an unexpected interruption, be it an Internet interruption or interruption of your computer, you must save the file manually to avoid future loss of information. This is a very serious negative factor that directly affects the user experience, so I hope that an auto-save system will be implemented to allow the saving of information in an automated way.

    2.- Another of the negative things about this platform is that you cannot modify the display or the main panel of it, it is a negative factor because sometimes there are some users who want to modify their main panel and modify the display of their files, it would be excellent if the visualization has been modified freely, currently you only have a general visualization, where all the folders and documents that you have stored are shown, you can modify this visualization to your liking.

    3.- The free trial of this platform is very limited with respect to the storage space it has to store the number of documents you want. This is a very serious negative factor, since there are users within this platform who would like to enjoy more storage space to edit several documents simultaneously.

    Overall: Despite the negative things that I mentioned earlier about this platform, I consider that it has a high potential to allow documents to be edited online, currently we do not use any type of platform to edit documents from our computer, we do not use any platform to download it , since we are using Zoho Docs to modify all kinds of documents in a matter of minutes, we greatly appreciate this platform for having allowed us to obtain a fairly complete experience, all our files stored within it have been directly protected, we have also been able to share all these documents simultaneously with all our employees and colleagues, just by storing them in the corresponding account, we can share them immediately thanks to the contact list. The main reason why I am grateful to this platform is because it has allowed me to obtain quite useful tools to modify all my documents, I can add shapes, modify the text font and do many other things within the documents that I am modifying, all this online, there is no need to download any application inside the computer, the only downloadable application for mobile devices, which also works wonderfully and offers a quite complete experience during document editing, very smooth and with a really light weight.

    "Easy to manage Drive folder that can sync to your PC."

    Pros: The thing I like most about Zoho Docs is that I can store almost every file type. I can then sync them to my PC or my phone so I can access them from anywhere.

    Cons: There is not much that I do not like about Zoho Docs other than the price can be a bit expensive when needing additional drive space.

    Overall: Overall I enjoy using Zoho Docs because it makes storing files easy and super easy to retrieve them on any device. Being able to auto-sync files has a great way to back up data as well.

    "Pretty standard document managing app"

    Pros: You can upload files and collaborate on them with other people by adding them through their email. It's available on mobile so you can edit on the go. Other than documents and other things like spreadsheets, you can upload pictures too. Files can be set for being available offline.

    Cons: Unlike other products by Zoho, this one seems lacking, especially on the mobile side of things. It's got issues with organizing files effectively and looks like a mess on a phone. It feels almost like an after thought compared to all of Zoho's other products. Sometimes the app has issues opening or freezes.

    Overall: This is the only Zoho product I've tried that I'm mostly disappointed with. It's not bad, but it doesn't really impress me the way the other Zoho products do. Like I said, it really feels so much less thought out than the others like Sheet and Writer. I'd give this one a pass, personally. There's definitely much better out there in the same price ranges, including for free.

    "More good stuff from Zoho"

    Pros: You can access Maker, Writer, and Sheet all together and collaborate with other members of your team, and you can add labels too for more organizing. WorkDrive allows you to have folders to organize all your projects by. I like the set up. It's easy on the eyes and feels well thought out. It's neither bloated nor too paired down.

    Cons: Compared to some other collaborating suites out there, Zoho may come off as a little lacking compared to something like Teams or Slack. It's pretty bare bones next to those. It sits somewhere between Google's office suite and a full on team-focused collaborative suite like Teams. If your project is really complex, this probably won't cut it.

    Overall: Overall, I like it and while it could do with some more features, it's decent as is for what it does offer. Pricing is fair, and for a smaller sized group that doesn't need to do a lot of video meetings or is already doing those in something like Zoom instead, this may be a good fit. I like the way it's set up and it feels more thought out than some of the other, bigger software out there that are heavily bloated to the point of sometimes being slow. It doesn't personally fit all my current needs, but I do like it.

    Pros: The software's performance is awesome. The desktop applications come for the rescue of remote employees to access business documents. It has clean UI, easily manageable dashboard, file transfer option, mobile app, easy to use and collaborative features.

    Cons: Its mobile software is limited. The file upload process is not smooth.

    Overall: Zoho Docs transforms our online document management. This software is very useful for our remote team to access files for projects. Overall, Zoho Docs comes with great features to ease online document management.

    Pros: Zoho WorkDrive is Zoho suite's version of Sharepoint. It is used as a shared space by teams working together and integrates seamlessly with other Zoho productivity apps. It has automated backup and sync and works via smartphone apps as well. It also supports imports via third party storage and has some great affordable plans to give tough competition.

    Cons: The major cons i found was no 2 factor authentication for the more cheaper plans. While it is a norm to make some features exclusive to more premium plans, doing this to an essential security feature is a wrong take.

    Overall: Zoho Workdrive is a file storage & content collaboration tool which can be used on desktops or smartphones which works well. The main selling point is the integration with Zoho apps and other third party integrations.

    Pros: Zoho Docs offers a great online file management system with excellent collaboration option. It is cloud-based online file storage system. It support desktop syncing which ensure all your important file are copy to the cloud storage and remains available at any point of time.

    Cons: Zoho Docs offers secure file storage platform, which you can use to store important docs and collaboration over documents. No Cons.

    Overall: Zoho Docs is a secure online file storage platform. I personally use it for collaboration with teammates. It allows our every team member to work on the same file and reports. It offers a completely function mobile application which stand alone is sufficient and capable to perform all operational activities through it. It is a great solution for collaboration on file, no need to share the file individually with the team mates.

    Cons: I am satisfied with Zoho Docs, the best feature is In App chat. No Cons.

    Overall: Zoho Docs is helping my team a lot in sharing files and collaboration. It has in app chat functionality which helps a lot in discussing the things without leaving the platform. The freemium version collaboration is limited to 5 members. The User Interface is very easy to use and appealing. Zoho Docs even offers free mobile app, which has all the functionally compared to web view. This has made us abandon the flash drive for file sharing in our organization.
