About Ziji (咨记)
Ziji is practice management software for independent Chinese-speaking psychological counselors and small practices in mainland China and overseas. It provides appointment scheduling, client records, session notes, and AI-assisted transcription and note drafting. Counselors review AI-generated content, and risk-related prompts require confirmation. Client names are pseudonymized before AI processing, and data is not used for model training. The online service stores data in mainland China and supports data export and deletion. A WeChat mini program provides mobile access to schedules, client records, notifications, and appointments. Ziji’s interface is in Simplified Chinese; its browser tools help counselors organize appointments and client information, document sessions, and manage counseling work.
