    Pros: Zendesk Talk makes conversation effective and easily. It's a cloud based call center software. Provides customer history, call recording, automatic ticket creation etc. No additional software or coding required. Responsive customer support. It helps a lot in growing business with delivery of excellent customer experience.

    Cons: Good software ready to use. No further assistance required. No cons.

    Overall: To get started we just need an internet connection. It takes few minutes to install and no additional technician is required. Mainly it has support suite and sales suite. Free trial package is available. Easy to use. Good user interface. Trustworthy software.
