Pros: The responsiveness from the WISMO team was one of our best vendor relationships that I had, they were always quick to help.

Cons: I think the UI of the platform was slightly outdated, but I enjoyed the familiarity of it.

Overall: I loved working with Dmitri and the WISMO team during my time as Head of Revenue at ButcherBox. They were always responsive to our needs and helpful as we grew.

Pros: Ease of onboarding, outstanding customer support, unlimited customizations, marketing assets, cost effectiveness.

Cons: There is nothing left to be desired that we haven't asked for and isn't already being developed.

Overall: If you are looking for a better self manageable solution that your customers will rave about, look no further than WISMOlabs. From the easy integration, that the most basic web developer could understand, to the end user experience the team at WISMO is cultivating a top of the line product in the post-purchase section of eCommerce. The custom nature of our pages and the ability to add predictive tracking will a simple API installation pushes this technology over the top. Our marketing department utilizes the endless tools that our page provides and has our click through rate almost to that of our promotional emails, this alone has driven our ROI through the roof. I also can't speak highly enough about the team over at WISMO as well. At the drop of a hat they will assist or walk you through any concept and even execute those concepts for you.......as long as you ask nicely!
