    Cons: NONE! No cons here! Never had any issues or complaints!

    Pros: My firm has worked with Voipco for years. Great service. Never have any major issues. When we need anything it is always taken care of immediately.

    Cons: None. We have never had any issues with our service. The support team and owner are great!

    "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

    Pros: Excellent customer service. Will always return phone calls and emails promptly. Any user issues were rectified as quickly as possible. Always open to feed back. Application is very user friendly.

    Cons: It would not be fair to just think of something that I didn't like. Any issue was always immediately addressed and most issues were because we were used to using a land line system rather than VOICE OVER INTERNET.

    Overall: I would highly recommend using this company. I just love that I can call Chrystal and if she does not immediately answer, she will get back to me within the same day. It is very hard to speak to a live body in today's world or to find people that genuinely care about the service they are providing. This company cares and it shows.
