Pros: Seamless integration with Google Admin.
Efficient tracking of repairs.
Ability to link repairs of specific assets to staff and students.
Improved inventory tracking and management efficiency compared to previous systems.Cons: There are some minor interface challenges, but they're easily outweighed by the platforms capabilities
Overall: Vizor has significantly streamlined our inventory tracking and management. Its integration with Google Admin and ability to easily link repairs of assets to staff or students has replaced our cumbersome spreadsheet and asset system processes, resulting in a much more efficient workflow.

Pros: Vizor is extremely customizable, allowing our team to create a program tailored exactly to the operations and protocols of our organization. Setup was easy through our Google integration, and support is very responsive. The system is a very robust, easy to use and comprehensive ticketing and asset management system.
Cons: Our hope is for the product to eventually incorporate receiving alerts when devices or user generates repeat tickets to help us develop intervention strategies.
Overall: Vizor has been a significant upgrade to the efficiency and accountability within our organization for keeping track of devices, managing user assignments, and an immensely superior ticketing system. The upgrades they include are based off of user experiences and recommendations for improvement. We do not have any buyer's remorse or desire to transition away from Vizor. Highly recommend!

"Terrible communication, refuses to give a refund" Posted 2024-10-10
Pros: Great sales presentation. They do a good job on the demonstration. Very friendly sales people, way more responsive that their support.
Cons: They say that they offer a 30 refund window. However, their implementation process is terrible. We had two weeks of no communication for the roll out. We decided to cancel and they refused to refund after 30 days because, in their words, the issue wasn’t the performance of the product but their lack of communication. To me they are one and the same.
Also, the UI and UX are terrible. Their documentation is an 800+ page PDF.
Some customization required support involvement which I get, but we happen to need to frequently modify things that only support can modify and that’s just too inflexible for us.Overall: Do not buy this product. We paid for it, and now don’t want to use it because their onboarding was terrible, incomplete, so why bother finishing when we already know that we are not going to renew?
