    Cons: Without the help of technical support, it is difficult to understand the technical documentation of the service and set up the work yourself.

    Overall: We needed to analyze which customers come to us through advertising and place orders with us by phone. UniTalk can track calls, and integration with Google Analytics helps us analyze which ad a particular customer came from. This is how we understand how effective the advertising was.

    Cons: At the beginning, it was difficult for us to set up a personal account and integrate it with our CRM on our own. But UniTalk technical support helped us.

    Overall: UniTalk telephony and integration with our CRM helped us to systematize and optimize our workflows. Our managers make calls directly from the CRM, which is very convenient and speeds up their work. Now they have time to perform other work tasks.     Pros: UniTalk is a great choice for businesses of all sizes. I've been using UniTalk for my small business for a few months now, and I'm very impressed. UniTalk provides excellent call quality, even when I'm calling from a different country. I also like that UniTalk is easy to use. I also appreciate the fact that UniTalk is very affordable, and I'm saving a lot of money on my phone bill.

    Cons: Recently we connected call tracking technology to collect analytics on phone calls. We tried to do it on our own, but it turned out to be difficult. We turned to UniTalk, and their technical support helped us.

    Overall: With the help of UniTalk virtual IP telephony, we have optimized and improved the performance of management, organized internal and external communication of operators. Now we can record and listen to calls between managers and customers, which helps us control the level of customer service.     Pros: Impressions of cooperation with UniTalk are positive. Pleasant managers, fast technical support, modern telephony technologies for reasonable prices. It's convenient that UniTalk Virtual PBX combines mobile and landline multichannel numbers into a single network, and allows you to add and connect any number of new operators in just a few minutes.

    Cons: We are missing a few languages in our personal account - so far, this is the only thing that is frustrating. UniTalk has promised that they are already working on solving this problem.

    Overall: First, we connected UniTalk Virtual PBX, which systematized our work and then increased our sales. Then we started working on improving the level of customer service. To do this, we connected UniTalk Language Analytics. After analyzing phone calls in detail and identifying successful call scenarios, we changed our scripts and eventually reduced customer churn.

    Pros: I would point out the following key advantages of UniTalk VoIP: excellent call quality, affordable prices, a wide range of features, reliability, security and privacy.

    Cons: There are no Spanish or Italian languages in the UniTalk personal account. This is important to us. But UniTalk support said that they are already working on it and that localization will be available soon.

    Overall: We have been working with UniTalk for the past year and we are very satisfied. We are a small company that sells a niche product. We decided to go international, but we didn't have a lot of resources to do so. With UniTalk, we rented phone numbers in several neighboring countries to see if our product would be sold there. That way, we had several virtual offices that communicated with new foreign customers. It's very convenient and cheap!

    Cons: Without the help of technical support, it is difficult to understand the settings of your personal account, you need to devote additional time. However, if you contact UniTalk technical support, they will quickly answer all your questions.

    Overall: To determine our future business strategy, we needed to test several hypotheses. It would be expensive to hire additional employees for this purpose, and we couldn't involve our own staff either, otherwise we would have to free them from their current tasks.
