"Good option for businesses managing distributed teams." Posted 2026-08-20
Pros: As a Facility Management service, the Live tracking of employees' feature is very helpful for us, Attendance and leave management are the other things which used to be hectic before TruHR and now we are managing everything under one roof.
Cons: Nothing seemed to be frustrating as of now, however their support team are just a call away.
Overall: We handle contract staff across several client sites, and TruHR has made attendance, payroll, and compliance tracking a lot more manageable in one place. The audit trail feature has been particularly useful for us when compliance checks come up. Initial setup took some coordination given our multiple sites, but it's been smooth since. Good option for businesses managing distributed teams.

"All-in-one HR" Posted 2026-08-08
Pros: “Pin My Visit” is a particularly useful feature for keeping track of our on-field employees and their visits.
Cons: We didn't face any challanges as of now, however their support team were fabulous.
Overall: What we like about TruHR is that it keeps things simple. Attendance, leave, employee information, and other HR activities can all be managed from one place. The initial setup was handled well, and the team was patient in helping us get comfortable with the system.

"User Friendly HRMS SOftware" Edited 2026-08-08
Pros: Features and Support Team. Implementation was done in less than a month, and the team is super responsive.
Cons: Nothing to complain about—every module is very helpful.
Overall: Earlier, our HR team used to spend a lot of time following up with employees regarding missing punches, attendance corrections and regularization. With TruHR, employees can raise their attendance-related requests through the system, and HR can review and manage them from one place. This has made the process more structured and reduced manual coordination.

"TruHR: One System for Our Entire Workforce" Edited 2026-08-08
Pros: One system for office, warehouse and delivery teams. Reduces dependency on Excel. Simplifies HR management.
Cons: Nothing as of now. Initially, it took some time to transition to the new system, but it was easy to learn and use.
Overall: Our previous system worked reasonably well for office employees, but it was not suitable for our warehouse and delivery teams. We ended up maintaining a separate Excel file for them, which created more work for the HR team. After moving to TruHR, we were able to bring everyone onto one system. That was probably the biggest reason the switch to TruHR made sense for us.

"TruHR Review" Posted 2026-08-08
Pros: The implementation with our previous software took nearly two months and even small changes often required IT support.
Cons: The TruHR support team also understands the requirements of healthcare operations, which has made things easier for us.
Overall: That was becoming difficult to manage. With TruHR, the onboarding team spent time understanding our shifts and salary structure and we were able to start running payroll within a week.
