About TradesBackbone
TradesBackbone is cloud-based field service software for small trade businesses. It combines customer records, jobs, estimates, invoices and payment links with office scheduling and dispatch. Technicians use a phone browser to view assignments, create estimates, send invoices, capture photos and update jobs. Customers can approve estimates by text or email, and approved estimates become invoices. It supports recurring services, routes, reminders and customer follow-ups. Role-based access controls which records and financial screens team members see. QuickBooks Online sync is on Pro and higher plans; API access is on Elite. Optional AI tools answer questions about business records and draft estimates or follow-up messages. When enabled, the AI Front Desk drafts customer replies for human approval by default. It serves plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, lawn, pest-control and cleaning businesses.
