It has the option to create a program schedule of activities and various commitments that an organization needs to meet in real time and can be shared with any device that has the program.

Cons: As a flaw we find that the application does not offer options for gestures and staff planning in a specific way that stems from the directive; The details of itineraries expressed in the schedules that are programmed are in general matter. Therefore, it is not possible to manage a personalized planning to a specific department or employee.
