Pros from Real Users Pros Acuity Scheduling is an easy to use service that provides solutions for calendar and scheduling stuff, it is easy to customize everything to fit the needs of my business and the heavy schedules that each team member has, it can be perfectly customized for every individual and work perfectly for scheduling things as the week becomes busier. The way Acuity works is very intuitive and adjusts to the present, the rising technology and the way things are becoming now more automated and precise, it is helpful to put out our schedule for the week and let customers know availability without needing to reach out privately, and they can schedule the product they want in the available posts of our business schedules, and it will automatically update to the new availability after scheduling anything. This calendar can be fully customized and Acuity allows for the creation of multiple calendars that can be kept private so clients do not see them, and it works amazingly when it comes to sorting out our own individual schedule to figure out the best way to improve our workflow, and choose how we can customize the public calendar in a way that benefits both the customer and the business, providing a nice customer experience. It is an essential tool to have in order to get the most out of the customer experience, it allows us to recollect customer information by having them fill out forms for scheduling and this is an important part because we are able to know the customer better and will know in what ways we can provide a better service for them, it makes things easier for us to get more clients because the scheduling part becomes simple for both parties, it provides a stable service that is intuitive enough for everyone, and it improves communication to make things more customizable for the client. Acuity Scheduling is the perfect tool for every business owner!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TimeTap has offered us an excellent alternative in commitment accuracy and occupations. It also has an internal format for creating work schedules and daily chronologies where we can specify group activities. It has also streamlined the management of commitments to the board for meetings or important activities by creating a private schedule. TimeTap as a program has given us an extra tool to specify and not miss all the tasks that our company has without leaving any of them aside. It has the option to create a program schedule of activities and various commitments that an organization needs to meet in real time and can be shared with any device that has the program. TimeTap is a tool that offers a permanent contact with a company's customers, through notifications via messages and calls that are previously determined, that can be customized by means of a set schedule and that communicates with those customers to be always present for their needs. Cons We believe that the application should improve its schedule creation section for employees, since it does not have options to create itineraries of activities for employees or specific work areas. It works in a general way, and for companies that have different areas with different tasks from each other, we do not find the application sufficiently convenient. As a flaw we find that the application does not offer options for gestures and staff planning in a specific way that stems from the directive; The details of itineraries expressed in the schedules that are programmed are in general matter. Therefore, it is not possible to manage a personalized planning to a specific department or employee. It is an application that provides access tools to shared customer databases of different companies with information about them. However, sometimes the data provided are not enough for an optimal reception of the message due to lack of contact information such as email or phone number.
