Tilavon is salon management and point-of-sale software built specifically for nail salons and beauty businesses, rather than adapted from generic appointment-booking tools.
It runs the whole front desk in one system. Clients book online, through an embeddable widget on the salon's own website, or at the desk. Walk-ins go into a queue with technician turn rotation, so the next client goes to the right person without the front desk tracking it on paper. Checkout handles card payments, split payments, tips and tip distribution, gift cards, memberships and packages. Behind that sits client history with service notes and photos, staff scheduling and a time clock, commission tracking, inventory, and reporting on revenue, staff performance, service mix and client retention.
Owners get a web portal for reporting, settings and staff management.
